Cheryl Douglass, MACM, LPC

Cheryl is a licensed professional counselor through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.  She is a career long counselor having served as a licensed pastoral staff member-supervising agency operations and providing counseling for individuals and families struggling with social/spiritual issues. Since mental health licensure she has worked with individuals with complex trauma symptoms, dual diagnosis and co-occurring symptoms of AOD/Mental Health. Cheryl is trained in and has worked with Adults/Adolescents with Trauma, Depression, Manic Bipolar; Adolescents with ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Mood Dysregulation issues. Cheryl also performs AOD and Court ordered assessments and works with Probation/Children’s Services agencies and schools as requested by the client.  She can also work with the hearing-impaired community with an accompanying interpreter.

Darci Jordan, MPC, LPCC-S, LICDC

Darci is an independently licensed professional counselor with supervisor designation through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.  In addition, she is a licensed independent chemical dependency counselor through the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board.  From Colorado Christian University, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Ancient Middle eastern Studies/Bible.  From Liberty University, she earned her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling.  She has expertise in counseling adults with trauma, abuse, chemical dependency, grief/loss, anxiety and depression.  Her experience includes working with adults and adolescents, groups and individuals.  She has received additional training in many trauma-informed modalities, including EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).

Gail Whitcomb, MACM, LPC

Gail is a licensed professional counselor  through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.  She received her Masters of Arts in Counseling Ministries at the Methodist Theological School in Ohio.  She is also a graduate of Capital University with a BA in Marketing. Gail has participated in trainings at the Gestalt Institute and the EMDR Institute (Eye Movement and Desensitization Therapy). Gail works with adults, adolescents, and families in both individual and group counseling. Her interests include grief and loss work, anxiety, depression, anger issues, self-esteem problems, women’s issues, and trauma.

She holds a B.S. degree from Loma Linda University in California and has a chemical dependency counselor assistant certificate from the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board (OCDP). She has a M.S.E. in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Dayton in Dublin. Linda is an ordained elder in the Seventh-day Adventist Church and has ministered to the spiritual and educational needs of women, children, and families for 15+ years. Linda is a married mother of two adult children.

Melodie Terman, MSEd, LPC

Melodie is a Professional Counselor licensed through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.  Melodie graduated with a Masters of Science in Education and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton. She is also a graduate of Franklin University with a BS in Business Management and Labor Relations.  Her calling to be a mental health counselor, her personal life experiences along with many skills acquired as a labor advocate bring a solid foundation to help individuals heal wounds from the past, achieve a stronger sense of self or identity while empowering individuals to create the life they want for themselves. Treatment approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SBT).  She is a member of the ACA and also a certified facilitator for Prepare/Enrich and offers Teletherapy sessions.

Pamela Gariety, MACM, LPC

Pamela is a licensed professional counselor through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.  Pam received her Masters of Arts in Counseling Ministries at the Methodist Theological School in Ohio.  She is a graduate of Ohio Christian University with a BA in Psychology and Human Relations.  Pam supports adolescents and adult families through faith-based leadership and recovery organizations including group counseling and 12-step program experience.

Pam’s passion is mentoring and guiding individuals struggling with life issues including codependency, alcohol and chemical dependency, process addictions, as well as eating disorders in one-to-one and group relationships.  She is a member of the Ohio Counseling Association as well as the American Counseling Association.  Pam is married with one adult child and enjoys music and art journaling.
