John “Alex” Culver

Alex believes counseling is a space for healing, growth, and restoration. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, he enjoys walking alongside adolescents and adults as they face challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and self-worth. Every journey should be respected, so he strives to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered to grow. His goal is to foster a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients can build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. For clients who wish, he is glad to integrate Christian faith and values into the therapeutic process.
Alex earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bowling Green State University before obtaining his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
