At Associates in Family Care, our professional counselors utilize their experience and skill to address a wide range of conditions. We provide counseling to a variety of client populations and offer multiple locations for your convenience. In addition, Associates in Family Care accepts several insurance plans. Megan Mathias
MACM, LPCC-S – Executive Director
Megan has over 20 years of experience working with clients. Megan is a licensed professional clinical counselor supervisor and has expertise in counseling adults with anxiety, self-esteem problems and trauma. Megan is also the Executive Director of Associates in Family Care.
Gina Burdett
MA, LPCC-S
Gina is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor with over 15 years of experience. Gina provides trauma-informed counseling to clients who experience posttraumatic stress disorder, trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and personality disorders using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR therapy. Gina also is a master’s addiction counselor, helping clients navigate through all stages of addiction and recovery.
Thomas Gogolin
MAPC, LICDC, LPCC-S
Thomas is a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor and is currently seeking his doctorate in counselor education and supervision. Thomas has extensive experience working with adults with trauma, addiction, grief/loss, anxiety and depression and has specialized training in EMDR therapy for trauma.
Tiara Kendrick

Tiara is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor. Tiara provides adolescents and adults with non-judgmental, supportive, compassionate, and effective, ethical care to help remove barriers to functioning at the highest potential. She works side by side with clients offering feedback and practical daily ways to apply what is learned.
Isaac Seymour

Isaac is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who sees adolescents and adults and couples. Isaac utilizes an educational approach on how to handle issues effectively. His focuses include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life-transition and marriage counseling. He is also a certified Prepare and Enrich Facilitator for couples.
Caleb Evans

Caleb is a Licensed Professional Counselor who sees adults and has a background working with the addicted population. Caleb brings a humanistic and existential perspective to his work with clients. His focuses include addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, mood disorders and self-esteem.
John “Alex” Culver

Alex is a Licensed Professional Counselor who sees children, adolescents and adults. He brings his humanistic and person-centered approach to combat issues related to ADHD, anxiety, behavioral modification, depression, grief, trauma, and self-worth. Alex is also a certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator for couples.
Karen Naguib

Karen is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Karen works with adults and couples who struggle with stress, life transitions, peer relationships, spirituality, anxiety, depression, parenting challenges and relational struggles. She is also a Prepare and Enrich facilitator for couples.
Mark Ulfig

Mark is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with adolescents, incarcerated individuals, adults, couples, groups, and clients in active crisis. His clinical focus includes trauma, anxiety, anger management, depression, and grief/loss. He is also a certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator for couples.
Pam Gariety

Pam is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Pam works with adolescents, adults and couples on co-dependency, addiction problems, eating disorders, relationship issues, and has a large background in 12-step program experience. She is also a Prepare and Enrich facilitator for couples.
Danielle Rayer

Danni is a Counselor Trainee with a humanistic approach rooted in creating a safe, compassionate space where every client is honored. Her diverse professional background includes caregiving for seniors and individuals with special needs, as well as extensive experience mentoring teenagers.
